I signed up for both Gamerang and Gamefly at the same time, put games on both of myQ's and waited for games to come.
First, when I signed up for Gamerang they had to activate my account through a quite complex process. I waited for almost 2 weeks and my account was still not activated even though they had charged my credit card the day I signed up. They were even starting the payment cycle from that first date, not the date the first game was sent. I tried calling them, leaving messages, emailing them, atleast 20 times and NEVER recieved a response. Pretty much they suck!!! I cancelled my account and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get a refund and guess what......the next day Gamerang called me trying to fix things and blaming it on their billing department (why the F#ck wouldnt you return my call/emails for two weeks you assholes!!!!).
So now to Gamefly, they sent my first two games out the day after I signed up. The first one showed up 7 days after they sent it, and I never recieved my second game (guess it got lost in the mail????). It seems like people in the midwest kinda get screwed on shipping, but I cant wait until they open their distribution center in Texas that will definitly speed up the time. So far Gamefly seems to be the best as far as games and stuff with really NO competition.
So the winner is: Gamefly!!!!
I guess I should have just listened to everybody here and went with Gamefly from the beginning, or sure would have saved me the headache from Gamerang.

I've had Gamerang for several months. I use it almost exclusively for Xbox 360 games. I've been very pleased with everything including; their website, selection, speed etc. Far exceeds other services I've used such as Gamelender and Gamefly.
Selection:
The selection has been very good. Gamerang has every new release and allows you to add upcoming releases to your choice list months in advance. It lists the release date and availability. Their availability has been spot on. If they say "available now" the game ships. If they say short wait, it is a short wait (few days). Many other services do not accurately report the specific game availability. They'll often report it's available when it's not, or that it's a short wait, which could mean 3 weeks. Not so with Gamerang!
Speed:
I live in the Southern California Orange County area. Speed of delivery has been superb. I've received most of my games within 48 hours of them saying they shipped it. They send you an email and confirm each games shipment/receipt. Logging into your account allows you to obtain a USPS tracking number, which allows you track your game and avoids missing game issues.
Website:
Gamerang's website is simple, easy to use and comprehensive. You can buy games, read reviews, rate games etc. The site has in game screenshots, full reviews and a grading system. You have alot of control over your account as well. Search functions work great. I couldn't find anything I didn't like about the website.
You can also buy used/new games online or keep the game you rented. If purchased, they'll send you the cover and instructions. Cost for new games is about the same as a store. The used games are at a slightly reduced price, about the same as a Gamespot etc. The biggest advantage is that you can play a game decide you like it and just keep it.
Reliability:
Not only have I not had any problems with deliver in either direction, as stated above, my turn around times have been great. I have noticed they have a mailing agreement with the post office. If you deliver the game to the post office directly, it gets scanned and Gamerang registers it as returned almost immediately (within 24 hours). Very efficient and comforting. I have had no problems with delivery.
Comparison:
I've used other services such as Gamefly and Gamelender. This one beats them both. Although I had no real problem, Gamefly is notorious for losing games and billing customers. Gamelender was ok, but never had 360 games available (read Epinions reviews on both). For speed, website, reliability and availability it wasn't even a contest.
All in all, I couldn't be happier with Gamerang, unless it was free. I'll update this review in another 6 months, or if any problems arise.
